Well where do I begin with Butler Residential…without hesitation 100% I would recommend this company. Communication, professionalism,attention to detail, patience, going above & beyond what I feel an estate agent should do, you feel safe under their umbrella, they have a wealth of knowledge, they are calm & provide a high level of support when needed. If a house sale is particularly challenging they will not be phased with their eye firmly fixed on the end goal of selling your property but also bearing in mind that there are human beings involved & you are not just another number on their books. Both Barry & Liam are a credit to themselves & can be proud of the effective team they make.

For anyone who is feeling a little jaded about estate agents, look no further!  I would highly recommend Butler Residential as estate agents who actually have integrity and go that extra mile.My house had been on the market for a year and I'd gone through 6 estate agents who had 'over promised and undelivered' their capabilities. I finally reached out to Butler Residential  Barry and Liam  was very straight forward and honest in what they could achieved and their  marketing strategies. They took some beautiful pictures of  my home and gave me a target date to review strategies, if no offers were made. Would give more stars if possible. Barry and Liam have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish buying our first home. Very clear and upfront with any important information we needed, Completely genuine and full contact with them throughout the process. They constantly helped us with our solicitors to get everything on track and completed to help the seller and us massively. I genuinely believe they love what they do and it shows by everything they have done for us. Very much had the personal touch and brilliant with very challenging solicitors. All ways going above and beyond, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

I would highly recommend Butler Residential for anyone to use. Barry first helped us to buy our dream home, then we used them to sell our existing home. Barry and Liam could not have been anymore helpful during the whole process. They always kept us updated and were available to talk to if we needed anything. The staff are so friendly, professional and take outstanding photo's. Barry and Liam went above and beyond any other estate agents and make you feel valued.
