What makes us different?
For more than 18 years I have worked in all kinds of estate agencies, 10 of those years have been in the Stevenage property market. From national corporates, large regional companies to smaller local independents, I have been there and worn the tshirt.
During that time, I always wanted to start my own estate agency so I could guarantee the level of exceptional client care I feel people deserve.
It has always felt more than a job to me and I love helping people find homes and move onto the next chapter of their lives.
My wife Laura is my business partner and helps with the running of the agency. We run Butler Residential as a family and our agency's values mirror that.
Ultimately, we are here to make your move and life a lot easier.
We have moved several times so we know how frustrating, stressful and exhausting it can be.
I genuinely believe it does not have to be that way if you have an estate agent who is fully committed, passionate about helping and has your best interests at heart.
The sense of satisfaction and pride knowing I have helped people sell and buy a place to call home never fades, despite having overseen more than a thousand sales during my career.
It is why I love doing what I do.
